Yellow Bird

Do you remember the song ‘Yellow Bird’? It is a beautiful, soft melodic song about a yellow bird. In the late 1950’s, The Norman Luboff Choir recorded Yellow Bird, and I remember as a young boy laying in bed late at night listening to the song played by my Father on his stereo record player. To this day, the song, it’s lyrics, and the voices of the Norman Luboff Choir bring happy memories. If you are interested, look it up, Yellow Bird has been covered by many great musicians through the years, The Mills Brothers, Harry Belafonte, Chris Isaak – but my favorite version will always be Norman Luboff.
